Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living: Grooming, dressing, showers, laundry/housekeeping
- Transferring and positioning of client with gait belt, hoyer lift, sliding board
- Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
- Companionship, assist with favorite activities and conversation
- Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, & prescription pick up
