- You are managing marketplaces (at least Amazon) for a brand or agency.
- You think like an operator, not just an account manager.
- You are ready to level up and don’t feel like your current situation allows you to do that. That may be in responsibility, skill or compensation.
- You have 2-5 years experience on Amazon in a marketing role.
- You understand how to mesh Amazon goals with business outcomes.
- You are directly managing the creation, and optimization of Ad Campaigns.
- You have strong analytical skills and can express those through Excel, Google Sheets, and presentations.
- You have a proven ability to tie actions to measurable results.
- You are comfortable owning and explaining performance metrics to internal teammates and clients.
- You are self motivated and want to be an employee of a rapidly growing firm.
- You are comfortable juggling many tasks at once and keeping multiple initiatives progressing at the same time.
- You are organized, professional, and transparent.
- You are a problem solver and solutions-oriented: you don’t just complete tasks, you understand the goals we’re aiming for and take ownership of achieving them.
- You are self-directed in finding answers, troubleshooting challenges, and using available resources.
- You like investigating why something worked (or didn’t).
- You learn on your own.
