AmShield Marketing Manager
$77,099 - $98,687 minimum starting pay
Job Level: Manager
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
What You Will Be Doing:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, build brand presence, and ensure the company success within a specific market. This position services as company liaison to independent, non-captive agencies contracted to sell our products. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing independent agency partner relationships, recruiting, training, mentoring, overseeing sales results and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet business goals.

- Ability to gain thorough knowledge of company products, policies and philosophy
- Capacity to travel overnight frequently
- Insurance knowledge and experience in recruiting
- Capability to maintain current industry knowledge through industry courses
