How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
The intern will play a key role in advancing our digital analytics & analysis capabilities. They’ll help us uncover insights that drive product optimization, user engagement, and business value. By analyzing behavioral data, usage trends, and experience metrics, they’ll support strategic decisions and help us tell a compelling story about how our tools create value.
An example of a typical project would be:
Conduct an analysis of user engagement across our business management tools
Identify patterns in distributor behavior and correlate them with satisfaction and business outcomes
Build dashboards or visual reports that highlight opportunities for product improvement
Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions
Required skills and background:
Strong analytical mindset with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Familiarity with digital platforms, user experience metrics, or CRM systems
Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Junior or Senior (3rd or 4th year undergraduate)
