What We're Looking For
We're looking for a driven and curious individual to join our Central Support team as an Analyst, Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you'll help shape how we work with partners, improve internal processes, and support our fast-growing Strategic Partnerships team. You'll gain hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.
Responsibilities:
Own Projects That Matter
- Track and manage partners change requests, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables, keeping things moving and aligned with goals.
- Communicate directly with partners to set expectations, resolve blockers, and keep everyone informed.
Build Better Processes
- Identify inefficiencies and help design smarter workflows that scale as we grow.
- Work with teams across the company to gather feedback, understand pain points, and co-create solutions.
- Launch initiatives that improve speed, quality, and the overall experience for our clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in project coordination, operations, or relevant business functions
- Track record of implementing process improvements with quantifiable results
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with great interpersonal abilities and a knack for relationship building
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years' experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Jira, Confluence and/or CRMs
- Familiarity with project management tools or certifications (PMP certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of fintech/banking industry trends, challenges, and regulatory considerations
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00
