Responsibilitiesof an Analyst, Accounting:
Month EndClose
Assistinthemonth end close process andpreparation of financial statements.
Reconcile, analyze, and reviewthegeneral ledgertoensure financial positions.
Prepare journal entriesin accordance withgenerally acceptedaccounting principles(GAAP).
ManageOvative’scorporate card program andperformassociatedreconciliations.
Analyze client contracts andcreate invoicing and GAAP-compliant revenue recognition schedules.
Leadaccounts payableprocess including vendor management and billcreationleveraginglatest OCR and AI technology.
Reporting
Partner withFP&A team andbusiness unit leaders tovalidateand track expenses and ensure alignment with team budgets.
Createactualsvs. forecast variance reportsand share insightstoinformaccurateforecasts.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis,investigatingissues as assigned.
Compliance
Maintain detailed andaccuraterecordsinsupportofannual audit and taxprocesses.
PartnerwithControllertoestablishstrong accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting,financeor related field.
CPA certification or actively working towards it is a plus.
Proven ability in analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and a passion for delivering impactful results.
Self-starter who thrives in managing multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Impeccable organizational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy.
Experience with Workday and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) is a plus.
Pay Transparency
AtOvative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actualoffers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact.Additionalbenefits information is provided below.
For ourAnalystpositions, our compensation ranges from $60,000to $72,000, which is inclusive of a10% bonus.
