Appliance Repair Tech

Schedule: Tues-Sat 6am-2:30pm + Overtime

Compensation: $22 per hour

Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with • disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s)• Operates a lift truck by driving backwards and twisting to be able to look in the direction of• travel.• Moves levers and controls that operate forklifts.• Manually loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices.• Removes product from boxes and/or containers.• Repairs and services all product brought to service and repair area using a wide range of• hand tools, power tools and vibratory tools.• Understands the fundamentals of electricity and schematics.• Manages assigned inventory.• Repackages appliances in boxes or cartons.• Uses scanning devise and computer as needed to perform tasks.• Accepts remote dispatching through computer.• Completes reports and documentations as needed.• Meets productivity and efficiency goals as established.• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through the deliverance of high-quality• service.• Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.• Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.• Experience: Two years appliance repair or related experience.• Computer Skills: Basic scanner technology.• Certificates & Licenses: CFC certified; Valid State Driver’s License; Forklift Certification Preferred
