Appliance Service Office CoordinatorFarm and Home Hardware – Ashland, OHSchedule: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers and supporting a team to deliver outstanding service? Farm and Home Hardware is looking for an Appliance Service Office Coordinator to join our growing Service Department.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for appliance service customers—answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates.
- Coordinate with service technicians to manage daily schedules and routes.
- Enter and track service orders, parts requests, and warranty claims with accuracy.
- Keep customers informed with clear, professional communication.
- Support the Service Manager with reporting, paperwork, and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
- Comfort with computer systems (POS, scheduling, or service software experience a plus).
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Prior office or service coordination experience preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
