Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for the executives and senior managers in your division
- Manage scrum and project teams delivering solutions for our employees, distributors and business partners, including solutions in core Salesforce as well as other Salesforce-based applications
- Ensure your teams are delivering and adhering to processes and fully utilizing our suite of tools
- Monitor and evaluate teams’ efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage staff, including career development and resource planning
- Communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams
- Manage relationships with vendors such as Salesforce and other partners
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance
- Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach; you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into issues with your teams
- Experience in an agile application development environment
- Previous experience leading a technical team
- Be willing to step in and perform a variety of tasks to support your teams
- Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman’s terms to non-technical participants
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Recommended Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
