What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with members by phone, Zoom, or video calls
Review their requested benefits and explain coverage in a simple, clear way
Recommend customized solutions that fit each family’s needs
Provide ongoing support, follow-ups, and long-term service
Participate in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development opportunities
Contribute to a positive, results-focused team culture
