Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
We are seeking a skilled professional with 3+ years of construction document experience in the retail or automotive services sector and strong Revit proficiency to join our dynamic team. This role will lead projects from inception to completion, fostering excellence and innovation while collaborating across a multi-disciplinary team. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential to guide projects to success. The position is based in Northwest Arkansas with a hybrid schedule at our Bentonville studio.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
We are seeking a Designer skilled in 2D and 3D software to support the Design Team in developing innovative designs and accurate construction documents that reflect clients' visions and goals. The role involves evaluating client requirements, building codes, and zoning regulations, developing design options and alternates, coordinating with multiple disciplines, performing quality control, and collaborating closely in a multi-disciplinary environment. Depending on project needs, the Designer may also have direct client interaction, applying their experience and education to independently tackle design challenges under the guidance of the Design Team Lead.
