DiClemente Siegel Design Inc., a veteran owned dynamic architectural and engineering firm, is on the lookout for Architectural Revit Designers to become part of our Southfield, MI office. We have over five decades of excellence, shaping environments that power industry and enrich communities. From modern automotive research facilities to vibrant university campuses, we specialize in several markets and industries including research facilities, commercial, automotive, K-12, higher education, healthcare, religious, and government sectors. We have advancement opportunities.We are looking for Architectural Revit Designers to join our collaborative team and help bring impactful institutional, commercial, and automotive research projects to life with innovation, integrity, and experience transforming ideas into enduring places.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop documentation and BIM deliverables, communicating design intent and scope at our in-office setting.
- Manage Revit models and AutoCAD, including Revit family content, per office or client standards.
- Lead model coordination across departments and multi-discipline teams.
- Support project managers in client meetings, presentations, and deliverables.
- Review construction documents, perform field verification, and survey existing buildings.
- Conduct 3D scanning and develop point-cloud documentation for projects.
- Produce schematic design, design development, and construction documents under Project Architect guidance.
- Complete limited-scope design and technical tasks, including site planning, elevations, stairs, toilet layouts, and building sections/details.
- Help with interior design drawings, material selections, and related documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related architectural experience and understanding of architectural and building systems
- Experience with Revit (AutoCAD not required but is a plus)
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM 360 (or equivalent) and point cloud software such as Autodesk Recap
