Architecture Intern (Summer 2026)LGA Partners, the region’s only architecture firm awarded the Pittsburgh Business Times Best Places to Work seven years in a row, is seeking a passionate and eager Architecture Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026! As an Architecture Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside our talented staff on exciting projects.Headquartered in Pittsburgh, LGA delivers award-winning, innovative projects across the country and around the world. We are organized around six design studios that include aviation, healthcare, education, housing, retail, and workplace. Our team is highly diverse and expressive of their individuality.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Exposure to all phases of project design and development from preliminary design, construction documentation, and construction administration
  • Assist project teams with production of deliverables
  • Utilize various programs under the supervision of project managers and/or project architects
  • Participate in team meetings and LGA’s design process
Our Ideal Candidate Will…
  • Be enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture program or a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program
  • Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies
  • Possess knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketch-up is required
  • Understand additional software platforms such as Bluebeam, Lumion, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc. advantageous
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail required
  • Have a desire to learn
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work in-office required
