Asphalt Dispatch Administrator

Job Summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Asphalt Dispatch Administrator based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ office to coordinate and schedule aggregate and asphalt material orders.

Day to Day

• Recognize and prevent scheduling conflicts and/or special requests
• Point of contact for all customers for all Stavola asphalt plants when placing orders..
• Utilize computer program to assure correct billing and order fulfillment.
• Effectively communicating and interacting with customers, truckers, vendors, and co-workers.
• DEP record keeping/reporting for plant production and hours of operation.
• Problem job reports
• Verification of hours for weekly payroll.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

About You

• Experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment preferred
• High School or GED
• Dispatch and/or logistics experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good cognitive skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task

Compensation

• $51,198 - $79,023 annually
