Job Description
We’re hiring an Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator to manage paving and asphalt maintenance projects from estimating through completion. This role blends pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Manage asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects from bid award through closeout
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations
Requirements
- Experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management
- Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of paving operations, materials, and scheduling
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
