Job Description:
As the Assistant Banquet Manager, you'll provide leadership and support to the banquet staff by being a strong communicator and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and operating within the established budgets and goals. You'll guarantee your team provides guests with exceptional food and beverages in a cultivated, timely and accurate fashion. The ideal candidate will be familiar with daily banquet operations including but not limited to, food, wine, spirits, and service techniques.

- Ensure partnership for successful execution of all specifics of banquet contracts resulting in high customer service levels and repeat customer business.
- Assist in communicating effectively and executing solutions in the Banquet Department Manager role in correlation with other departments.
- Cultivate a synergistic environment with superior guest service by proactively responding to and resolving key concerns.
- Perform inventory management through stocking and organizing, as well as advising food and beverage orders to upper management.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of meeting/banquet set-ups and service.
Salary: $80,000
