Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
• Assistant Community Manager experience is required. 
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
