  • What You'll Do:
    • Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical and administrative operations
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs
    • Assist in planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
    • Maintain compliance with all regulations, facility policies, and organizational standards

    What You'll Need: 

    • Current CPR certification required
    • RN license in the state of Wisconsin is required
    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a senior living setting required
    • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
