What You'll Do:
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents
- Assist with planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and care standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate care
What You'll Need:
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin required
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in senior living
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Commitment to resident-centered care and team leadership
