Job Description
Description of the role: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC will play a vital role in assisting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care and staff performance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in Ohio
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care
