What you'll do

• Supervise nurses and therapists daily

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Train staff on infection control and bag technique

• Assist with order clarification and clinical issues

• Support QAPI and performance improvement programs

• Conduct competency assessments and orientation training

• Review patient appropriateness for home health services

Must-haves

• Active RN license in Virginia (or Physician license)

• 3+ years nursing experience

• 2+ years home health or community experience

• Current CPR certification

• Clear criminal background check
