What you will do as an Assistant Math Center Director Education Tutoring STEM:
- Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs and design personalized learning plans
- Lead parent consultations and support student enrollment goals
- Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and the local community
- Coach and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and engagement
- Oversee student progress and support day-to-day center operations
What we are looking for in an Assistant Math Center Director Education Tutoring STEM:
- Background or studies in math, education, or a STEM field
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both kids and adults
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in an education-focused business environment
- A collaborative mindset and ability to balance multiple priorities
