We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our lead teachers and ensuring that our preschoolers receive the best educational experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote the development of preschool children.

  • Support children's emotional and social development by encouraging positive interactions and behaviors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are readily available for use.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Reliable and stable work history.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility in adapting to the needs of the classroom and students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an educational setting, particularly with preschool-aged children.
  • Relevant educational background or training related to early childhood education.
