Primrose School of Lone Tree is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom instruction and help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. This role partners with the Lead Teacher to implement curriculum, support classroom routines, and foster children's social, emotional, and academic development.

Position Highlights
Monday-Friday set schedule
8:00am - 5:00pm OR 8:30 am-5:30pm
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Fully stocked classrooms and provided lesson plans

Compensation & Benefits
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and education
Paid Time Off
80 hours of PTO annually

Paid Training
Key Responsibilities
- Support the supervision and daily classroom operations for a group of preschool-aged children
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and classroom schedules aligned with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
- Foster a positive, well-managed classroom environment that supports learning and independence
- Observe and support children's developmental progress
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and Leadership Team
Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) requirements for employment in a licensed early childhood education program
- PDIS Level 1, CDA, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus,
- Previous experience in a licensed early childhood education, daycare center, preschool, aftercare, or public education setting
- Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds in connection with child care and safety needs
