Job Description
Salary: $90,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Support the Principal in daily school operations and serve as acting leader as needed
Supervise instructional staff and support classroom management and student behavior
Assist with curriculum development, school policies, and instructional improvement
Ensure compliance with IEP, IDEA, and MSDE requirements
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in student placement, admissions, and Extended School Year (ESY) coordination
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school environment
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in School Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
Maryland Administrator I or II Certification (or eligibility)
Experience in special education, school leadership, or instructional supervision
Strong knowledge of IEP law, IDEA, and school compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a positive school culture
