Essential Duties:

• Support the Service Manager in daily operations
• Help advisors and technicians succeed by removing obstacles
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience-every visit
• Keep the shop flowing smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
• Be a culture carrier: positive, steady, and team-oriented

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys people and problem-solving
• Automotive or service experience is a plus-but attitude matters most
• Organized, upbeat, and comfortable in a leadership support role
• A team player who wants to grow with a dealership that values culture

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
