We are looking for YOU! This position is located onsite in Mooresville, North Carolina. Candidate must be willing/available for overnight travel to job site Monday-Friday if not local to Mooresville area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the Lead Superintendents on site as needed
- Lead quality control and scheduling from structural concrete slab installation through the pre-concealment inspections required to begin drywall installation--mechanical concealment, framing, and wall insulation inspections.
- Responsible for the satisfactory completion and acceptance by Operations of building interiors and exteriors within time frame of agreed upon delivery dates including reviewing, accepting, and rejecting workmanship and materials
- Review, understand, and enforce contract documents and verify subcontractors are abiding by contract documents
- Initiate correspondence for any RFI, code interpretation, or change order necessary to complete framing
- Initiate, supervise and take appropriate corrective action of all deficiencies noted during inspections by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) pertaining to framing
- Actively monitor and ensure subcontractor progress with AHJ inspections to meet the project's construction schedule.
- Responsible for ensuring an accurate list of required inspections along with certification that inspections have been passed.
- Collaborate with the Finish Superintendent in the final pre-concealment stages to identify and fix any deficiencies
- Ensure quality by walking units daily to rectify any inferior work. All apartment units and buildings should always be free of debris and OSHA compliant
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in field construction management with an emphasis on multifamily construction required
- Knowledge of multi-family construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of industry methods of scheduling, contracting, cost reporting, safety, and quality
- Ability to understand and implement the technical aspects of construction
- Basic knowledge of NPDES regulations
- Ability to manage, coach, and lead subcontractors and suppliers
- Expert knowledge of the flow of multi-family construction scheduling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with a vast number of people with varying backgrounds
- Ability to solve problems in a practical and efficient manner
- Experience in managing multiple subcontractors
- Travel to job site is required depending on assignment, which may include local and/or overnight travel, up to 90%.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $78,879 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
