Job Description
- Manages and tracks all shipping through multiple vendors
- Builds and completes all load sheets Completes customer required paperwork
- Assists on the dock to ensure all deliveries are timely
- Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Responds timely to Account Managers and customers' requests
- Manages and tracks shipping expenses
- Able to navigate through multiple computer programs
- Ensures all loads are counted and accurate
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to understand all required training, written and verbal instructions
- Solid computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and/or written communication skills. Must be able to understand and communicate in English
- Bilingual is beneficial
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule.
