Associate Attorney - Post Falls AreaThis is a hybrid in-office/work from home position in Post Falls, Idaho.Are you a skilled attorney driven by a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing legal advice to clients in all areas of business law.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal strategies, negotiations, litigation, and make-or-break business decisions.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, letters, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
Manage rapidly shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings.
Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely case progression and client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional client service.
Participate in local networking groups to increase firm visibility in the community and develop firm business opportunities.
Stay up to date with legal developments and relevant industry trends.

Qualifications:

Graduated top 20% of law school class.
Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Be Admitted to practice law in the states of Idaho and Washington, or able to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
Have no state bar disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
Pass a background check.
Have at least 2 years of experience as an attorney with relevant business law experience.
Litigation experience preferred.
Have strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
