- Assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing legal advice to clients in all areas of business law.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal strategies, negotiations, litigation, and make-or-break business decisions.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, letters, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
- Manage rapidly shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely case progression and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Participate in local networking groups to increase firm visibility in the community and develop firm business opportunities.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and relevant industry trends.
- Graduated top 20% of law school class.
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Be Admitted to practice law in the states of Idaho and Washington, or able to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
- Have no state bar disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
- Pass a background check.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an attorney with relevant business law experience.
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Have strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
