Dr. Mike Dolby of Cottonwood Creek Dental in Eagle, ID is seeking a skilled and dedicated full time Associate Dentist to join his established practice. Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Idaho State License/Credentials
- CPR/BLS certification
