Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, AI Ambassador Programme Lead. The position location is flexible to Titusville, NJ, Cambridge, MA, Spring House, PA, or Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. This position will require up to 25% travel.

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to design, implement, and manage the AI Literacy & Adoption train-the-trainer program. This role will identify, support, and empower internal ambassadors across the organization to promote AI literacy, responsible tool use, and accelerate adoption through a distributed champion network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run the AI Literacy & Adoption train-the-trainer program, selecting and preparing internal ambassadors.

  • Develop training materials, resources, and ongoing support for ambassadors.

  • Coach and support ambassadors to promote responsible AI tool use and best practices across functions.

  • Build and sustain a network of champions to expand AI literacy and adoption.

  • Monitor program success, gather feedback, and continuously refine the ambassador network.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum education level or a Master's degree or MBA is preferred

  • Proven experience designing and managing train-the-trainer or ambassador programs. Experience in training and change management preferred.

  • Digital literacy and experience with knowledge-sharing platforms and tools.

  • Ability to motivate and empower internal champions across diverse teams.

  • Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams is required.

  • Passion for fostering organizational learning and confidence in AI.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750

Additional Description for Pay Transparency Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following: Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: - Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
