Job Description

Associate Program Managers at SharkNinja play a critical role in driving program execution across our Shark and Ninja brands, with a focus on CMF initiatives, color proliferation, packaging, and other enhancements to legacy products that expand our portfolio and drive market share. This role delivers sustainable, best-in-class program governance and process rigor to ensure flawless execution across a global portfolio.

In this highly cross-functional role, Associate Program Managers operate with a general-manager mentality-leading through influence and providing visibility across global teams. They are responsible for building and managing timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring products are developed, manufactured, and delivered to market with speed, efficiency, and 5-star quality, ultimately enabling strong commercial performance.

A successful SharkNinja Associate Program Manager thinks, acts, and leads like a global owner of every program in their portfolio. They maintain a relentless focus on scope, cost, and schedule, serving as the "glue" that holds cross-functional teams together. They proactively communicate, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate scope changes, cost concerns, and schedule pressures to senior leadership while simultaneously driving solutions with urgency.

This is an individual-contributor role that leads teams through a rapidly evolving product development process requiring agility, quick thinking, continuous alignment, and adaptability to shifting strategies. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and energized by accelerated timelines and ambitious deliverables, thriving in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is common. This role reports to the Director, Program Management.

  • Act as a CMF/packaging subject-matter resource for cross-functional questions and execution needs
  • Partner with Insights & Intelligence to develop consumer testing objectives and incorporate consumer feedback into CMF and packaging development
  • Channel global information to local teams, serving as a conduit to support business needs
  • Identify resource and knowledge gaps and proactively work to resolve them
