The mission of this full-time position is to provide technical assistance and support related to Salesforce. The Associate Salesforce Administrator assists with the effective operations and administration, and successful adoption of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include assisting with troubleshooting issues, creating reports, and managing relationships with our users.

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Oversee license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  •  Resolve user support tickets and assist in troubleshooting errors.
  •  Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
  • Assist in providing ongoing training updates to Team Trainer, assist Team Trainer in validating training materials as needed.
  • Communicate with manager, team members, users, and other teams regarding problems, updates and processes at Renaissance Financial in relationship to Salesforce.

Competencies/Skills & Abilities Required

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. 
  • The Associate Administrator would need to be able to understand and assist with managing the data stored on the Salesforce platform.  
  • Validation and analysis of data for accuracy, security, and optimization. 
  • The Associate Administrator should have the necessary skills and the ability to work with a variety of technologies. 
  • Working knowledge of data modeling, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
  •  Proven work experience in Salesforce administration, expertise in managing and maintaining a Salesforce instance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools and functionalities, strong database management skills as well as a clear understanding of Dataloader. 
  • Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud and/or a Salesforce data model that utilizes Person Accounts and Householding.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structure, automation tools such as Flow, and the Lightning platform.

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on a wide variety of factors. 
  • High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations. 
  • This position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. 
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. 
  • Diligence in composing, typing, and proofreading materials.
  • Work in a demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. 

Education, Training & Experience

  • Two to Four years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.  
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • High-level understanding and working knowledge of computer systems and the development lifecycle.  
  • College (Bachelor’s) degree in Computer Science or related work experience combined with certifications.  
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain a clean Salesforce database.
