Job Description
As the Associate Social Media Manager, reporting to the Manager of Social Media. You will be a contributor who leads the execution of daily social media efforts, specifically for Plush Collectibles and related projects in partnership with Sales, Business Development, Brand, Product, Design services, and other internal teams to drive online engagement and deliver impactful and lasting brand experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Support overarching brand, content, and social media strategies, including global channel strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), to drive audience growth, brand awareness, engagement, and sales for Plush Collectibles.
- Execute programs and campaigns in alignment with the global marketing calendar to support product launches with social content through external + in-house creative, influencer partnerships, contests, and user-generated content.
- Work with the Marketing team to manage calendars and the regular cadence of organic posts. Manage the routing process for proofing and approval of all social content.
- Develop content as-needed based on marketing needs, sales reports, and social trends.
- Work with international marketing teams to develop and identify assets for localized campaigns.
- Assess the effectiveness of the various campaigns, manage reporting, and present key takeaways.
- Ability to develop project timelines, track projects, and push forward to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Work with the Brand team to keep up to date for product launches, retail exclusives, etc., and adjust social plans accordingly.
- Consistently follow up with brand teams to ensure alignment of goals.
- Provide event management support when needed, remotely or when travel is required.
- Consistently review and report trends, sales data, and consumer behaviors.
- Support external agency relationships with regard to digital, social, and influencer marketing.
- Work in real-time to close the gap between fans and Customer Service.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or commensurate combination of experience and education
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, social media, and developing online communities and relationships
- Content Creation experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact
- Comfortable creating content with quick turnaround
- Strong knowledge of differentiated digital platforms, trends, and UGC guidelines
- Understand social media analytics and have used metric tracking programs (examples include Google Analytics, Later, Sprout
- Social or similar programs
- Solid proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and G Suite. An advanced PowerPoint or Keynote presentation is a plus
- Highly organized and efficient. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment. Easily adapt to shifts in priorities.
- Experience with digital marketing tactics, planning & reporting.
- Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and third parties
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the toy/baby/costume/ pets industry
- Experience in a global organization
- Multi-lingual a plus

What we offer:

The salary range for this position is $75,840.00 - $91,740.00 /Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes a Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave.
