We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic AT&T Solutions Associates to join our Nashville team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers inside top retail partner locations, helping them discover wireless plans, devices, and services that keep them connected.

What You’ll Do

• Represent AT&T as the face of the brand inside retail locations.

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend personalized solutions.

• Promote AT&T’s wireless products, services, and accessories with confidence.

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales and customer experience goals.

• Stay up to date on AT&T’s newest devices, promotions, and service options.

• Collaborate with retail staff and leadership to maximize customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Full-time availability, including some weekends and holidays.

• Goal-oriented personality — motivated by performance and growth.

• Previous sales or retail experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you).

• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
