WorldWise Recruiters is hiring on behalf of our client for a full-time AT&T Customer Representative role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing wireless campaign and represent one of the most recognized names in telecom. In this customer-facing position, you’ll help consumers navigate wireless solutions, upgrades, and service enrollments—all while building valuable experience in sales, marketing, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T's latest wireless products and services in a retail setting

• Deliver personalized support by identifying and meeting each customer’s needs

• Assist with service enrollments, upgrades, and billing questions

• Create a welcoming, professional customer experience

• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with teammates and leadership for continued growth and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information

• A team player with a positive, motivated attitude

• Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required
