Automation AMR/AGV Engineer – Comstock Park, MI

What you will get to do:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of AMR systems within Lear’s manufacturing facilities
- Design and implement custom solutions to optimize AMR/AGV performance in diverse operational environments
- Develop and maintain control/ monitoring systems for AMR/AGV fleet across multiple facility types
- Ensure seamless integration between AMR/AGV systems Lear MES systems
- Configure AMR/AGV systems to support both production line material handling and warehouse operations
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- 3+ years' Experience with AMR/AGV systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- System integration experience
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites to capture design info or assist installation
