Job Description
John Hinderer Ford is expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who is passionate about client service, excels in structuring profitable deals, and thrives in a process-driven, high-performing dealership environment.
The ideal candidate brings proven automotive F&I experience, strong lender relationships, a deep understanding of compliance and contracting, and a history of delivering exceptional results in a retail dealership setting.

Key Responsibilities
Structure and secure vehicle financing options that align with customer needs
Present value-driven F&I products and maintain exceptional product penetration
Build and maintain strong lender relationships to support profitable deal structures
Submit deals, make credit decisions, and effectively close
Ensure all paperwork, contracting, and compliance requirements are executed accurately
Audit all sales deals to ensure clean funding and identify coaching opportunities
Guide and support the sales team on deal quality, documentation, and process consistency
Maintain all required certifications and training
Qualifications
Automotive dealership F&I experience required (minimum 2–3 years)• Strong understanding of indirect lending, credit decisions, and deal structure• Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements, including menu selling and disclosure standards• Demonstrated success in achieving high PVR and product penetration• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused decision-making• Valid driver’s license
