Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed dealership goals

• Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability

• Coach, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and strong product knowledge

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Work closely with the GM and other department leaders to optimize operations and inventory

• Monitor CRM usage, lead follow-up, and deal structures to improve closing ratios

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles a plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Proficiency in CRM systems, desking deals, and managing online leads

• A passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-tier customer service

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
