A Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will oversee the service process from initial customer contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This role demands excellent communication, customer service skills, and a strong understanding of automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers.
- Prepare detailed service orders and estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
- Maintain thorough records of service activities.
- Handle customer complaints and questions professionally.
- Promote services and upsell additional maintenance options.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive customer service or related field.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
