*Job Description*: 
As a Roof Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers. Your role is to identify new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships, and close deals for roofing services. You will work directly with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to assess their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process from consultation to closing.

*Key Responsibilities
- *Conduct On-Site Inspections*: Visit potential customers’ properties to assess roof conditions and discuss their needs. Provide expert recommendations for roofing solutions.
- *Present Proposals*: Prepare and deliver customized roofing proposals, explaining the benefits of our services and products to clients.
- *Close Sales*: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- *Build and Maintain Relationships*: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- *Market Knowledge*: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, roofing products, and competitor offerings.
- *Customer Follow-Up*: Provide ongoing communication with clients, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
- *Meet Sales Targets*: Achieve individual and team sales goals, reporting daily, weekly progress and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

*Qualifications*:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to conduct site assessments and understand roofing needs.
- Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus, but not required. We will train you. 
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb a ladder. 
- High school diploma or equivalent; 

*Compensation*: $150k+ first year 

- Competitive commission-based compensation structure that increases with every sale. 

- Paid Training $800 weekly.
