Description

  • Skip Tracing:
  • Use specialized software and online resources to locate property owners, potential leads, or tenants.
  • Verify and compile accurate contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring that all information is current and correctly entered.
  • Real Estate Support
  • Assist in managing property inventory by updating, emailing to investor list and posting information on various social media platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and other real estate-related appointments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, prospects, and vendors via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Prepare and send out real estate marketing materials, weekly newsletters, and other communications.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including data entry, client management, and scheduling.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience cultivating and sustaining relationships in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate databases, CRM software, and skip tracing tools.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to find and verify accurate information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real estate marketing and lead generation.
  • Active real estate license in the state of Texas
  • Knowledge of Austin, San Antonio, DFW, and other Texas real estate markets
  • Licensure: Active real estate license required based on your work location.
  • Compensation Plan: Similar to most licensed real estate agents- Independent contractor (1099) status- 100% commission-based. Agents average $75,000 in commission, with high performing agents making over $160,000 in their first year and well over $200,000 annually in subsequent years.

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Required)
