Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Santa Fe, NM. This per-diem position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during 12-hour shifts in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support patient rehabilitation through engagement and therapeutic exercises
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all patients
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver individualized care

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active CNA license in New Mexico
- BLS certification required
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehab center, or similar setting preferred
- Skills:
- Competency in ADL assistance, vital signs monitoring, EHR documentation, and infection control
- Personal Attributes:
- Empathetic, reliable, team-oriented, and communicative
