- Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
- Answers customers' questions and provides information on policies, products, and promotions.
- Resolves customer complaints and notifies supervisors or managers when necessary.
- Maintains clean and orderly areas and assists with stocking as needed.
- Balances cash drawers and prepares daily cash reports.
