A growing real estate company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you're organized, tech-savvy, and have a passion for real estate, client communication, and digital marketing — we'd love to hear from you!

  • Call leads to set up appointments.
  • follow up to keep in contact.
  • analyze property values with access to systems.
  • create pdf from template.
  • create marketing for SM.
  • Create simple Video for Tiktok with a template.

Tools: Follow up Boss, Vulcan 7, FB, insta, Tiktok MLS STellar, Zillow
Schedule: Part time - Mornings (EST)

Requirements

  • Experience with posting on Social Media
  • Marketing knowledge is desirable
  • Sales Experience
  • English Proficiency C1+
