The Opportunity
Reporting to the Educational Event Manager, the Education Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-impact educational initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. The Education Coordinator will drive the planning and execution of virtual educational events, manage continuing education submissions, and streamline team processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to foster clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Educational Program Coordination
  • Lead the coordination and execution of virtual educational events, including CE symposiums and monthly webinars, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees
  • Coordinate speaker communications, including securing signed agreements, collecting presentation materials, and routing for compliance review
  • Partner with marketing and sales operations to distribute educational materials to internal teams, trade associations, and customers
  • Collaborate with the Education Event Coordinator to support in-person educational events
Process & Project Management
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows for educational initiatives in collaboration with Educational Managers and team leads
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and capacity
  • Utilize project management platforms such as Wrike to coordinate and track educational deliverables aligned with KPIs
  • Oversee continuing education submissions, ensuring compliance with CE partner guidelines and maintaining accurate documentation
Team Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key resource for program-related information and promote clear, consistent communication across departments
  • Collaborate with team leads to prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and draft/edit reports, email correspondence, and other materials using digital platforms
What You Bring
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Program Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, program coordination, and/or project management
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience using Wrike or similar tools for project coordination and workflow optimization
  • Proficiency with Cvent for event setup, registration, and virtual event execution
  • Understanding of project management principles and organizational psychology
