Job Description

As a valued field contractor with Safernest Repairs, you’ll represent our commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and timely service. We’re looking for experienced and reliable Handymen, Licensed Plumbers, and HVAC Technicians to handle various repair and maintenance tasks across properties managed under our portfolio.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to assigned work orders and service requests

• Troubleshoot, repair, or install plumbing/HVAC systems or general home repairs

• Maintain tools, inventory, and vehicles in proper working order (if applicable)

• Document work completed using our service platform (photos, notes, time logs)

• Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and office dispatchers

👷 Who We're Looking For:

✅ Handyman Requirements

• Skilled in drywall, painting, carpentry, doors/windows, and light electrical/plumbing

• At least 3 years of experience preferred

✅ Plumber Requirements

• Valid plumbing license (if required by state)

• Proficient in pipe fitting, leak repairs, fixture replacements, and water heater service

• Ability to handle commercial and light residential Jobs 

✅ HVAC Technician Requirements

• EPA certification required

• Experience with diagnostics, installations, repairs, and seasonal maintenance

• Knowledge of various HVAC brands and systems

🧰 General Qualifications:

• Must have your own tools, vehicle, and smartphone

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must carry general liability insurance (or willing to obtain)
