Pay: $15–$21/hr (based on experience) + Overtime + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
- Perform seasonal maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and HVAC systems
- Complete 24-point inspections and cleanings
- Communicate findings and basic recommendations to homeowners
- Use our CRM system to log service notes and time
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of HVAC trade school or equivalent training
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
