Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes related to inventory management, material handling, and distribution are executed efficiently and safely. This role manages all warehouse staff, coordinates incoming and outgoing deliveries, and maintains clear communication with drivers, site teams, and internal departments such as Procurement and Operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage all employees and operations of the warehouse
  • Receive deliveries and stock material in the Warehouse in an organized manner
  • Oversee order preparation for delivery to sites
  • Communicate daily schedule to warehouse employees and drivers
  • Track & relay inventory to Project Coordinator
  • Ensure the Warehouse is clean and organized to comply with safety regulations
  • Check in and out with appropriate site staff and receive sign off on delivered materials
  • Ensure warehouse security in coordination with Operations Manager
    • Check cameras are active and secure
    • All warehouse & vehicle keys secured
    • Warehouse is locked up and secure prior to departure
  • Use and operate forklifts per OSHA standards
  • Work with procurement division and Operations for efficient operations
  • Lift and manage material/inventory in a safe manner
  • Manage crew members to satisfy all daily site needs & entire team effort
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervision

What You Bring:

  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team
  • Ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and critical thinking
  • Willing and able to travel to multiple sites within Phoenix area as directed by site supervision
  • Possess a phone and willing to use to communicate with team and site supervision
  • Strong mathematical knowledge is an asset
