Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Costa Mesa, CA office.

Job Description

  • Represent employers in employment law matters, including litigation and advisory work
  • Handle a variety of cases, such as workplace disputes, compliance, and employment-related lawsuits
  • Provide strategic advice to corporate clients on employment law issues
  • Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to develop defense strategies

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of employment law experience with a focus on employer-side representation
  • Active California Bar license
  • California-specific experience in employment law required
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
